Running at its best!

Information about the run

  • All tours are circuits. Start and finish are identical.
  •  You don't have the possibility to store your valuables or other stuff at the meeting points. So make sure you either carry them in pockets you can run with or to leave them at home.
  • Dress up as you like to but make sure your favorite oufit is adjusted to weather conditions. It's always better to have one layer too much, that you can take off during the course than to be freezing during the run.
  • Water! Everybody has its own needs when it comes to running and drinking. But here is my suggestion for you: On hot summer days you should bring a little bottle of water with you (not bigger than 0,5 l) which you can carry in your hand while running. In the city it can get very hot during summer and it's good to refresh yourself.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start. I would like to get to know you and also your pace before we start running. 
  • One simple rule: the pace of the group referres to the pace of the slowest group member. Sightrunning is not the right place to run your new personal best. It's a nice run with a pace everybody feels comfortable with and where you can enjoy the beauty of the city. 
  • If anyone needs a short break during the run: absolutely no problem! Maybe you just wanna stop for a few minutes at a really nice place or sight. We can do that too. 
  • Please feel free to ask me anything you would like to know. As far as I know the answers I will be very happy to answer all off your questions and give you tipps for your stay in Mainz. 


To take part in a run you have to be at least 18 years old. I disclaim any liablity for damages/injuries that happen during a run or derive from the run. With booking a tour the participant assures that he is in the right condition to successfully complete the chosen tour (good condition/fitness, unproblematic state of health). Every participant is responsible for himself and has a health ensurance.
